system with 32 bit CPU, which enables it to work with high speed. With a big internal memory,

 it can store the coordinates of 20, 000 points.

The new absolute encoding technology ends the time of manual initialization. Furthermore, 

STS-752/ 752R can save the previous data in case of incidental power off, which thus makes
